On a wintry day in Ripponlea, we met with Ben Shewry and heard about his idea for an event to remind food-lovers of the power of passion and creativity. Three months later, we welcomed 250 food lovers to a warehouse in Brighton, along with journalists and chef’s from all over the world. Waw Talks was a full day symposium of speeches and incredible performances with one objective: inspiration. The result was breathtaking as the audience sat transfixed by the energy on stage and in the room.
